Duties:
Good people skills are our primary consideration
Answer multi-line phones (more importantly, answer as trained)
Interact with clients in a friendly, warm manner
Be able to multi task phones, clients in waiting area, and assisting team members
Competent with computer skills to learn clinic software
Be comfortable and competent to work in a high traffic, high stress clinic environment
Regular clerical duties (filing, cash drawer, organization of front desk)
Requirements:
Able to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Able to work weekends and holidays
Drug testing and background check required
Friendly, happy person that smiles
Have initiative to learn clinic skills, while working in client relations position

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
