You will be accountable for the complete operational and financial performance of this location when on duty.

You will also; Coach, manage & develop teams by hiring, training, staffing, creating a positive work environment Maintain excellent hospitality, customer service and satisfaction while achieving maximum revenue Assure high food quality in compliance with our brand products - take full charge of all aspects of production, processing and retail products produced on your shift Ensure shop is in compliance with all local, state & federal regulations Execution of all company policies, decisions and discipline AGM requirements include:
Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry with full responsibility for financial results Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends & holidays.
Full time salaried position 50
hours/week.
Adjust work schedules based on projected business volume staying within labor goals Inventory control & count Strong leadership skills & unwavering support for your team Post Secondary Education strongly preferred (Certificate, Associates, Bachelors, industry designations) What are we looking for? You must exemplify integrity & accountability at the appropriate managerial level.
We want to see a stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last four years.
All positions require the ability to occasionally lift up to 75-100 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Willingness to relocate is a plus!
