Summary:
The IT Specialist performs basic computer and IT functions within the organization.
This position is responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer, and scanners.
Also works with employees to troubleshoot and follow through to resolve technical issues.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Basic PC Setup/Configuration Basic Printer Knowledge and Net-Based Printing Basic Website Maintenance Familiar with Google Cloud Services Familiar with User Permission Sets Basic Security and Camera System IP/Routing and DHCP/DNS Configuration Nested WIFI Configuration LAN/WAN Router Configuration Ethernet CAT6 Wiring Principles Excellent verbal, written, and people skills Microsft 365 Knowledge Windows and Mac OS experience
