Commensurate with Experience Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and zero (0) to two (2) years of general office/clerical experience and/or customer service experience.
Job Purpose and Scope:
Performs entry-level general office support that is somewhat varied in nature, works under close supervision.
Essential Functions:
Performs administrative tasks such as sorting mail, answering phones, and retrieving and delivering materials as requested.
Responds to customer inquiries or directs customers to someone for prompt assistance and ensures needs are met.
Assists office staff with various loan administrative and servicing duties as requested.
Performs general office duties primarily consisting of routine tasks of organizing and maintaining files and records.
Performs data entry from standardized source documents requiring accuracy but little or no interpretation of data to be entered.
Operates a variety of standard office equipment according to instructions, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.
Deposits loan payments via check scanner and communicates how payments should be applied to Cash Operations.
Scans and uploads customer and loan related documents into the Association's electronic records systems.
Other Duties:
Maintains customer information in Association's customer relationship management system.
Request funding for loan disbursements of existing loans from Cash Operations team.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
