The Customer Service Representative will monitor and handle any requests through our ticketing platform.
Candidate will communicate the status of each request by written and verbal communication to each person involved.
One may not procrastinate and must portray an excellent set of mutli-tasking skills performed on multiple screens.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Listening, following directions, and attention to detail is critical.
Quality notetaking Quality focus - Put away all distractions, such as cell phones to focus on the task at hand.
In addition, when you are at work, you must be able to put personal issues aside to handle day-to-day tasks.
Ability to work diligently under pressure.
One must be motivated and hard-working.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Setting customer tickets correctly, timely, and efficiently.
Become a certified wireless order placer.
Work with your team to place wireless orders as received.
Navigate company portals as well as vendor portals.
Order new services, process disconnects, and dispute billing errors.
Analysis of telecom invoices - Reviewing, auditing, and validating correct contract rates.
In addition, process daily invoices, as well as speak to customers and vendors via email, phone, chat, etc.
Most communication is done through the ticketing system and portal platforms.
