Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department - Ensure efficient and smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Manage room reservations and monitor room inventory - Assist with night audit procedures as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in using hotel management software systems - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively As a Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.
