What You'll Do As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing and leading a team of 2-10
employees Creating a unique and fun atmosphere for our guests and team members Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our products and services Hosting events and workshops to educate guests and promote our brand Maintaining store's visual presentation by organizing and restocking products Providing exceptional customer service at all times Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has the following
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a store manager or in a related field Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team Passion for creating a fun and unique atmosphere Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Team player with a positive and open-minded attitude Ability to use a PC, including email, MS office programs, etc Ability to pass a background check What We Offer In addition to working with an exciting team in a fun and sensual environment, we offer the following
