The Fleet and Operations Analyst is crucial for improving operations by managing fleet tracking, inventory, and collections.
They use data analysis to enhance reporting, implement controls, and maximize existing systems.
This position requires an individual with a proactive mindset, capable of independently initiating and driving process improvements while maintaining a disciplined approach to their work.
Manage Verizon Fleet GPS system to track fleet vehicles' real-time location, usage metrics, and driving trends.
Create reports and analyze data to optimize technician routing efficiency.
Generate scheduled reports for operations leaders on technician routes, stop times, mileage and driving behaviors.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency through data analytics.
Manages inventory tracking processes and controls to maintain accurate records for inventory levels across all locations.
Central duties include audits, analytics, access controls and inventory management software oversight to enable real-time, systemwide accountability.
Perform the collections process including making outbound calls to collect payments on outstanding invoices, structuring payment plans within set parameters, and providing reporting and analysis on receivables status to leadership and other stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement in operations and implement new processes.
Proven experience managing an accounts receivable function or similar collections role Strong interpersonal and communication abilities needed Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping Skilled in data gathering, reporting and analysis Working knowledge of accounting software and billing systems, Quickbooks Able to collaborate cross-functionally while operating effectively independently Exceptional follow-up skills paired with customer service sensibilities Committed to continuous process improvement Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel May have periods where OT is required to meet deadlines Work Location - Office Only May involve some occasional regional travel Job Type:
