Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Floor Associate to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our men's apparel department.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations.
The associate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Sales and Customer Service Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels of men's clothing items.
Collaborate with the inventory manager and men's buyer to conduct regular stock checks and assist in merchandise replenishment.
Visual Merchandising Oversee the visual presentation of the men's clothing department, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and in line with the brand image.
Implement merchandising standards and guidelines to optimize the customer shopping experience.
Performance Analysis Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with upper management to develop action plans to address performance issues.
Requirements Proven experience in retail management, preferably in men's clothing or fashion retail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to guide the team accordingly.
