Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical duties - Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Job Type:
