- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and ensure all parties understand contract terms.
- Utilize Buildium software for property management tasks.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants.
Experience - Knowledge of facilities management to oversee property upkeep and repairs.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as lease preparation and documentation.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to leasing and property management.
