Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.

product features and pricing) Answer customers' questions about specific products Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked Check in deliveries Unpack and stock received products Maintain organization of products in storeroom and on floor Reconcile inventory to keep accurate record of inventory counts Coordinate with other employees to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products Skills Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Knowledge of inventory management and stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent organizational skills, showing close attention to detail Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts High school degree or equivalent COVID-19 Precaution(s):
