Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome and engage customers as they enter Manage customer flow Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions Upsell products and add-ons Handle cash and card transactions Give customers advice about sales and promotions and how they can benefit Recommend the best products to customers Clean and restock the store at the beginning of opening shifts and/or ending of closing shifts Putting away shipment that is checked off received invoices Attain set sales goals Provide a positive customer experience Keep up to date on products and product functionality Clear communication with management General cleaning duties as assigned Open and close location General rule:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer experience! Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Proven working experience as a retail cashier Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment Strong communication skills and time management Excellent customer service Sales skills Willing to work a flexible schedule Attention to detail and accuracy High school diploma or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
