The Data Analyst position located in Hattiesburg, MS.
The Data Analyst position will provide data to the analyst for the Department of Mental Health regarding agency outcomes.
For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt.
Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities.
Our eighteen-county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties.
Bachelor's degree in a computer science field preferred.
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written settings.
Minimum of two years of work experience in a data analyst role required.
Provides agency data to the state Department of Mental Health.
Attends trainings when needed on topics such as WITS claims processing, billing, and data warehouse.
Implements automation to improve agency processes.
Provides release planning and deployment.
Works with the agency's Database Administrator to oversee agency administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
Manages dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts workflows and approvals; creates and maintains custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
