HVAC Maintenance Technician

OverviewWe are currently searching for a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for all repairs and maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems for offices and retail sites (convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants) owned and operated by GPM Investments.
Responsibilities Determine material, equipment and supplies to be used on jobs Transfer equipment from one project to another as necessary Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in all area locations Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area Reassemble and test equipment following repairs Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with the store operations team to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected Record and report all faults, deficiencies, unusual occurrences and repairs made, and Serve as backup in other areas of maintenance if needed and directed to by the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications HVAC Certification Refrigeration experience HIGHLY preferred High School Diploma or equivalent 5
years experience in HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance Additional experience and knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and general maintenance also HIGHLY preferred Ability to meet and deal tactfully & courteously with fellow employees, vendors and contractors Valid State Drivers License and clear driving record.
