Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma/Equivalent
At least 6 months of retail, restaurant or customer service experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holiday
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Performs duties as assigned by GM/CM/SM.
Coordinates and executes store priorities with GM and CM.
Performs store opening and closing functions while maintaining keys to safe and building.
Perform Cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
Assists GM/CM to ensure all freight is worked first in, first out, and that all freight is worked within 72 hours of receipt.
Assists GM/CM to ensure the conditioning standards and store cleanliness is maintained at all times.
Assists GM/CM execute and validate all pricing communication timely with accuracy.
Assists GM/CM execute all directives timely with accuracy.
Leads team in performing all team functions including stocking, conditioning, cleaning.
Manage and perform all office and front end duties.
Ensure a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
Monitor associate compliance with all policies, procedures, programs, and provide training as needed.
Submits facilities, IT, and store communication requests.
Operates forklift, pallet jack, baler, and compactor as needed.
Perform store recovery tasks and housekeeping as needed while ensuring proper placement of freight.
Assist customers with large and/or oversized purchases.
Able to perform and train all associates on every function in the building.
Occasionally perform MOD duties as needed.
Keep GM/CM fully aware of all issues (customer/staffing/building) and actively seek their advice when performing MOD duties.
