Our Application Management Services (AMS) service line provides complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Our AMS team will develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure.

- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence
- Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
- Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
- Hands-on programming experience through coursework or internship
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
