We are looking for Communication Technicians to perform residential video installations in single and multiple family dwellings including pre-wired units. They perform additional outlets, reconnects, and change of service, and all installations adhering to procedures and safe work practices in order to provide services to the customer. They perform service calls for video products and troubleshoot the customer''s equipment. They inspect existing ground or make new ground according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) in order to protect employees, customers, and equipment from electrical shock or damage. During the course of normal day-to-day activities, the CommTech will need to properly operate and maintain all installation tools and equipment. competition. High School Diploma or Equivalent. 0-2 years of related experience. Willing to work outdoors in rain or shine. Knowledge of basic hand tools, computers and have good customer service skills.
