Center Associate 6 - Quality Assurance Consultant
Position Description:
Deloitte Consulting is seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team to support software development activities within the software delivery center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
As an Experienced Quality Assurance Associate you will be responsible for:
Developing, executing, and documenting test plans for large application systems
Writing test cases, business scenarios and test scripts
Managing test cases with Quality Center
Mentoring and training junior staff
Interfacing with other teams, including software development teams
Conduct peer reviews on test plans and test cases
Build and maintain relationships with customers - internal and external
Must be able to obtain clearance to work in the government sector
Required Skills:

years of hands-on experience writing test cases, business scenarios and scripts
3
years of experience in writing test plans, executing test cases, prioritizing test case execution, test scheduling, managing defects and generating test reports
1
years of experience taking the lead in testing efforts
2
years of work experience in an analytical role identifying and solving problems
2
years of experience working in teams and in a team environment, that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
2
years of experience interfacing with developers and other technical personnel
2
years of previous work experience in multi-level oral and written communications to diverse audiences at multiple organizational levels
Bachelor's Degree
Desired:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience writing automated test cases
Experience with QuickTest Pro and Quality Center or equivalent
Experience analyzing requirements and technical documentation
Experience writing user scenarios and test cases
Experience in SharePoint
Experience in Active Directory - user management
