Job Description:
Our Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Professional Receptionist.
Your workday will focus on providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
Your proven ability to answer the telephone with courtesy and professionalism, well written grammar and communications skills.
Handle all assignments with a positive attitude will be essential.
Our pace is fast and we'll rely on your attitude to work under pressure, to be detail oriented and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
For this position you must be a people person, able to work effectively with all levels and types of employees, management, clients, and guests, and a strong team player attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent, computers and internet savvy, superior communications skills and basic math skills required.

Experience:
Must be well organized, positive, proficient in Microsoft word, excel. and excellent customer service skills. Past insurance experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
