Inside Sales Specialist
We are currently seeking an inside sales representative to handle industrial and agricultural customers with mechanical drive products. This is an entry-level, technical sales position: Computer, Writing and higher mathematical skills are a must!
Duties will be:
Handle in-store customers
Give information and take orders by telephone/e-mail/text
Learn our product line to better assist customers
Develop relationships to increase sales volume
Coordinate with sales reps to satify cusmorer needs
On-the-Job training will be provided, but a knowledge of industrial mechanical systems is major advantage. There are two types of qualified applicants:
1) Experience/education in sales/marketing AND a desire to learn mechanical principles
2) Experience/education in mechanical systems AND a desire to learn sales.
Technical schools for advanced training in mechanical systems and/or marketing will be available after a successful first year.
Advancement is available as high as you want to climb and show an aptitude to manage. Pay will be salary plus commission based on experience and education levels.
You will need to pass a drug test and will be subject to random drug testing
You will need a valid driver's license.
You will need to sign a Non-Compete agreement.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
