RN

The RN performs under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator and is delegated an assignment by the coordinator to achieve quality patient care.
The RN shall implement the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner to include assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator as evidenced by documentation in Patient Care Record, direct observation by Nurse Manager and patient evaluations of care.
The RN is responsible to the Patient Care Coordinator for patient care and ultimately accountable to the Nurse Manager.
Performance Expectations:
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served; also demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age specific needs, and to provide the care needed.
Demonstrates thorough, concise and timely documentation, shift reports and verbal communication.
Communicates pertinent patient information to all health care team members.
Maintains own clinical skills staying current in skills and equipment in specific children and adult nursing area including but not limited to:
pediatric trauma care, infant/children security, family centered care and baby friendly initiative.
Communicates effectively with others in an appropriate and timely manner.
Adheres to and promotes the established values of the organization, i.
e.
customer service, safety and compliance standards.
Education:
Graduate of a recognized non-online RN program required.
Work
Experience:
For full-time or part-time positions, one year medical/surgical nursing care preferred but not required.
For PRN positions, three months of pediatric nursing experience is required.
Certification/Licensure:
Current license to practice professional nursing in state of Mississippi required.
PALS and BLS certification preferred.
BLS and PALS will be obtained/completed during orientation and will be maintained and recertified every 2 years as required by issuing organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
