If you order a " New" product and it is not returned in " New" condition then there will be a 10% " Re-stocking" fee. If you return a " Used" item then it must be in the same condition that you received it in and you will receive your full refund. Used products may or may not come in the original packaging. When we cannot send the product in the original packaging the product will be properly secured in alternative packaging. Used products are not guaranteed to come with the user's manual.
